3/4 cup of chopped walnuts
6 slices of white bread (soaked and drained)
1 minced garlic clove

1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 pinch of salt
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Place the walnuts, along with the previously soaked and drained white bread, in a blender
Add the minced garlic clove, red wine vinegar, paprika, and salt
Close and blend at medium speed for about 20 seconds
Add the olive oil gradually while stirring constantly
If necessary, increase the amount of olive oil to achieve a consistent sauce consistency
Add the chopped fresh parsley
Let it cool and serve with fish dishes
This makes one cup.
