2 cups of warm white sauce (see "Basic Sauces" recipe)
250g Mozzarella cheese, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
black pepper to taste
2 cups of warm white sauce (see "Basic Sauces" recipe)

Combine all ingredients with the warm white sauce and stir until the cheese melts
This sauce can be used with potatoes and vegetables
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
