some drops of Worcestershire sauce

Make the cheese sauce: Place the cheese, milk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small pan
Warm over low heat until the cheese starts to melt
Continue warming and stirring until you get a creamy consistency
Pour it over the sausages and serve immediately
Serve 8 portions.
