French bread cut into 6 slices with 2.5 cm width, each

Mix the butter and Parmesan cheese together
Pass both sides of each bread slice
Place in a baking dish
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 12 minutes, flipping once
Serve with cornmeal and potato topping.
