Heat the oil and butter in a medium skillet over low heat
Add the onion and cook until it's cooked through but still slightly crunchy, about 3 minutes
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
For the raccoon: wash the raccoon meat, remove the leaves, and place it in a bowl
You should end up with about 1 cup of tightly packed leaves
Add the raccoon meat to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Cook the macaroni al dente, drain, and season with the sauce
Serve hot.
