In a small saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes
Do not let it brown
Add the tomato puree, vinegar, and honey
Stir well
Remove from heat, cover, and let it rest for 5 minutes
Transfer to a glass jar, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
Serve with vegetarian skewers and sausage.
