Wash the tomatoes and place them in a pot with water, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and scallion
Bring to a boil
After 5 minutes, cover the pot, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 1/2 hour
Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve
Let it cool down
Add the heavy cream and stir.
