Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat until they start to brown
Add the onions and garlic and cook until they're translucent
Add the tomatoes and mango, season with salt and pepper
Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on
Serve with pork loin or grilled meat
