1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 minced garlic clove
1 1/2 tablespoons of English mustard
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of butter or margarine

Mix all ingredients in a pan to combine the butter, oil, vinegar, and ketchup
Season with garlic, English mustard, lemon juice, salt, lime zest, and black pepper
Let it simmer
Remove from heat and let it rest for 1/2 hour
Use for all types of barbecue, whether as a marinade or accompaniment.
