Beat the egg in a blender and add the oil (like a thread) slowly while the device is moving
Add the lemon juice and beat until you get a thick cream
Remove from the blender cup and place it in a bowl
Blend the mango in a blender and mix with the cream just ready
Add the parsley and English Worcestershire sauce
Season to taste and serve with grilled or steamed fish pieces
Approximately 2 cups.
