2 cups of fresh basil leaves
2 large cloves of garlic
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of nuts
2/3 cup of olive oil
2 cups of fresh basil leaves

Chop the basil
Mince the garlic
Add the basil, cheese, garlic, and nuts to a blender
Blend while slowly adding the olive oil until smooth
If too thick, add some warm water
Store in an airtight container at room temperature
(Makes approximately 2/3 cup.)
