Wash the fish steaks, marinate in vinegar and season lightly with salt
In a pan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup white wine
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and to taste
Add chopped onions and parsley and let it simmer
Carefully place the fish steaks into this mixture and let it cook slowly for 15-20 minutes
Add a little milk to the tomato sauce
Heat it up
Serve in a dish
Top with the cooked fish steaks, garnish with egg slices and caviar.
