Step 1
Wash the mussels
In a pan, heat the olive oil
Sauté the onion and garlic
Add the mussels
Add the white wine and paprika
Cover and let cook for 10 minutes (or until the mussels open)
Step 2
Remove the mussels and add heavy cream, salsa, and salt
Stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes
Return the mussels to the pan, turn off the heat, and serve.
