Place the mustard in a bowl and add lemon juice
Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly like a mayonnaise
The mixture should be smooth and not too thick
Store it in the refrigerator until serving time, then just before serving, add the chopped parsley and capers This sauce is strong but delicious.
