Remove the cashew's pit and cut the other end
Pierce the cashews with a fork and gently squeeze out some liquid (use this liquid to make a refreshing drink)
Slice the cashews
Season with lime juice, salt, black pepper, cilantro, and onion
Place dendê oil in a pan, heat it well, and add the cashews, tomato slices, and green bell pepper
Fry well over high heat
Reduce heat and let cook until the cashews are tender
If you want more broth, add 1/2 cup of water
Serve with rice
