Season the fish fillets well with salt, black pepper, and lime juice
Place some fish fillets in a pan
Cover the fish fillets with half of the tomato, onion, and bell pepper slices, and half of the cilantro
Add the remaining fish
Cover everything with another layer of seasoning, and drizzle the fish carefully with all the coconut milk and dendê oil
Simmer the pan over low heat and keep it covered until the fish is fully cooked
Serve hot, 4-6 servings.
