Cut a slice off the top of the pumpkin
Remove the pumpkin's core with a knife, taking care not to puncture the skin
Melt butter, mix in flour, and cook until the mixture browns
Gradually add white wine, milk, and heavy cream, cooking while stirring until it thickens slightly
Season to taste with ketchup and English sauce, if desired
Place the mixture inside the pumpkin
Add warm shrimp and place some outside for decoration, as shown in the photo
Bake at 6 portions.
