Pass the 1/2 kg of strawberries through a sieve
Add to taste
Refrigerate
Arrange the whipped cream in a crystal dish
Dip the 36 clean strawberries into strawberry puree, covering them thoroughly
Arrange on and around the whipped cream
Pour any remaining puree over the strawberries, if desired
Serve immediately.
