1/4 cup of Cointreau
2 tablespoons of rum
a basket of fresh strawberries

Beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks
Mix in the softened whipped cream
Add the lemon juice, Cointreau, and rum
Pour over whole, chilled, and sugared strawberries
Serve immediately
