2 cups of fish broth (optional: use a dissolved tablet)
1/2 cup of cassava flour
1/4 cup of coriander
1/4 cup of chopped green scallions
3 tablespoons of annatto oil
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 diced tomatoes
2 large onions
2 minced garlic cloves
1 kg of lobsters (or shredded crab meat)
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
Salt to taste

Clean the lobsters and season with salt and lemon
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic
Add the onion and tomato, and cook for 5 minutes
Add the lobsters and simmer for 3 minutes
Add the broth, coriander, and annatto oil
Let it cook for another 3 minutes
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding cassava flour gradually, stirring with a wooden spoon
Add the chopped scallions, mix well, and serve with white rice.
