Soak the yeast in warm water
Mix the sugar and salt together
Add the oil to the mixture
Combine the beaten eggs, reserving one spoonful for brushing the dough before baking
Add the yeast with the water
Combine half of the flour and mix well
Add the remaining flour gradually, kneading thoroughly for about 5 minutes
Place in a greased bowl and cover
Let rise in a protected area for 1 1/2 hours
Divide the dough into three parts
Roll out each part to approximately 35 cm
Make a tart by closing the ends of the three rolled-out pieces, repeat with the remaining dough
Place in well-greased baking dish
Cover and let rise in a protected area for about 45 minutes
Brush with reserved egg
Bake in a hot oven for 40-45 minutes.
