Mussel Skewers with Sauce

    Take a piece of mussel and cut it in half lengthwise. Stuff 2 cloves of garlic minced with salt into each mussel shell. Use this mussel to make a good broth. When the broth is ready and the mussels are well cooked, remove the meat and slice it into thin strips. Serve with the following sauce:

    1 hand full of green salsa

    A small piece of pickles

    1 clove of garlic

    Small onion

    1 slice of pheasant breast, marinated in vinegar

    Anchovy

    Salt to taste

    1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 10

    Blend everything together well. Serve separately in a sauce boat.
