Take a piece of musclo and cut it in half. Insert 2 crushed garlic cloves into each half. Cook the musclo with fresh parsley. When it's tender, remove the meat from the broth and slice it into thin strips. Serve with the following sauce:
"1 handful of fresh parsley"
"1 small pickle chunk"
"1 clove of garlic"
"1 small onion"
"1 slice of breakfast ham soaked in vinegar"
"1 anchovy"
Salt to taste
"1/2 cup of olive oil"
