1 package of vanilla pudding mix
100 ml of fresh heavy cream
Half cup of water
Half cup of sugar
1 cup of frozen red fruits

Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions
Remove from heat and let it cool
In a blender, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks
Mix the whipped cream delicately into the pudding and reserve
In a saucepan, combine well the water, sugar, and red fruits
Bring to a simmer over low heat, without stirring, until the desired consistency is reached
Distribute the mixture into individual serving cups and cover with the pudding
Refrigerate for at least four hours.
