6 ripe mangos

Pit and remove the mango seeds
Blend them with milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and gelatin in a blender, dissolving the gelatin according to the package instructions
Distribute the mousse in a mold or individual molds
Refrigerate until firm

Blend the mangos, water, and sugar in a blender
Pour the mixture into a pan, place it over low heat, and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly
Let it cool and serve with the mousse.
