Hydrate and dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions
Blend the milk, whole milk, yogurt, cupuaçu pulp, and sugar in a blender
Mix the reserved gelatin and pour it into a lightly oiled mold
Refrigerate until set
Unmold and decorate with white chocolate shavings
