2 cups of diced mango

Blend the mango in a blender until smooth. Reserve
In a mixer, beat the egg whites until frothy
Add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Reserve
Place the water in a bowl and sprinkle with gelatin
Let it sit for 1 minute
Heat over low heat in a water bath until dissolved
Mix the mango puree with the gelatin
Add the yogurt and lime zest, and mix until smooth
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites using a spatula
Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
To serve, garnish with thin slices of mango.
