5 egg yolks
500 ml whole milk
100 ml fresh whipped cream
100 ml rose syrup*
2 tablespoons of rose water
Optional: Red Food Coloring

Whisk eggs with rose syrup and add hot milk, stirring until thickened without boiling
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens, not allowing it to boil
Add rose water, whipped cream, and food coloring
Let cool
Pour into molds and place in the freezer.
