Peel the bananas, oranges, and mangos and cut into slices
Place in a refrigerator-safe dish
Sprinkle with lime juice and garnish with sugar and nuts
Beat the eggs with sugar (about 1/2 cup) until frothy
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Place on top of fruits
Put the ricotta topping in a covered dish at the bottom of the oven for 90 minutes
In the last 40 minutes, place the fruit dessert, which will be ready when the ricota topping is golden.
