Line a strainer with four sheets of paper towels
Place the yogurt on top and let it drain for 4 hours over a container

In a small saucepan, cook the orange juice with the passionfruit seeds over low heat for 30 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup
Let it cool down

Pass the pulp of the passionfruit through the strainer to obtain the equivalent of 1 cup of juice. Reserve
In the same strainer, pass the water
Transfer it to a saucepan and add the gelatin
Heat over high heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves

Combine the reserved juice, salt, and orange-lime juice
Add the yogurt and mix well
Grease the form with oil and pour in the sweet mousse
Cover with the calda and let it set in the refrigerator for 6 hours or until firm
Unmold and serve.
