Preheat the oven
Butter a rectangular baking dish measuring 20 x 20 x 5 cm
Sift together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl
Add grated lime zest and mix lightly with a spoon
Add butter and mix well
Add beaten egg and stir with a spoon
Place 2/3 of the mixture in the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and press down
Cover with ice cream and sprinkle with remaining mixture
Bake at moderate heat for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool, then cut into bars.
