Mix the chocolate, gelatin, and egg whites together
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the second mousse
2 In a blender, beat the sweetened condensed milk and papaya puree until thick

Mix the cream of papaya, gelatin, and egg whites together
3 Spoon a portion of chocolate mousse and a portion of papaya mousse into individual serving dishes
Mix the mousSES together with a fork.
