Soak the gelatin in cold water; dissolve in a bain-marie
Add the mayonnaise
Join the whipped cream
Add the prosciutto, salted ham, green pepper, and parsley
Pour into a 1.5-liter capacity mold and refrigerate until firm
Unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with to taste tomato pips
Serve 8-10 portions.
