1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
a few drops of hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups whipped heavy cream or long-life cream
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon mustard
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups whipped heavy cream or long-life cream
Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk mixed with water in a small saucepan
Heat over low heat and stir until dissolved
Mix in the lemon juice, onion, hot pepper sauce, and mustard
Add the gelatin mixture
Combine with the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well
Finally, mix with the whipped heavy cream or long-life cream, stirring carefully
Pour into a 1 1/2-liter mold
Refrigerate until firm and unmold onto a plate lined with lettuce leaves or decorate with grapes
Note: You can also use Minas curado cheese instead of Parmesan cheese
Serves 6 to 8 people.
