Combine ricotta cheese with egg yolks and milk to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Add whipped cream, rum, and chopped candied fruit
Mix well
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the prepared mixture
Refrigerate and serve in individual cups
If desired, substitute rum with another liqueur of your choice, such as Cointreau or orange liqueur.
