1/2 can of evaporated milk (available at supermarkets)
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
4 egg whites beaten to snow

Cook the two packages of sago separately according to the manufacturer's instructions
Let them cool down
When they're almost cold, combine the orange sago with half of the evaporated milk and 1 envelope of gelatin, dissolved as instructed by the manufacturer, and 2 egg whites beaten to snow
Pour into a greased mold and freeze for 10 minutes
Repeat the operation with the remaining ingredients in the grape sago and pour it into the mold
Freeze for 6 hours
Unmold and serve with vanilla custard.
