Beat the butter with the confectioner's sugar
Add the egg and yolks one at a time, beating very well without stopping
Add the milk, grape juice, and lime zest
Gradually add the flour, mixing always
Wrap the dough in impermeable paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Divide the dough into four parts
Unroll each part over a floured surface as thin as possible
Cut into squares of about 4 cm
Fry in plenty of fat or hot oil until golden brown
Let it drain on absorbent paper
Dust with confectioner's sugar crystals while still warm
Serve warm or cold, serves approximately 60
