1 package of grape sagu
1 package of orange sagu
1/2 can of evaporated milk (available at supermarkets)
4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
8 egg whites

Cook the two packages of sagu separately according to the manufacturer's instructions
Let it cool down
When they're almost cold, combine with orange sagu and half of the evaporated milk
Add one envelope of gelatin, dissolved according to the manufacturer's instructions, and 4 egg whites in snow
Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients in grape sagu and pour it into the mold
Refrigerate for 6 hours
Unmold and serve with vanilla sauce.
