1 box of strawberries

100g of cream cheese

2 and 1/2 teaspoons of confectioner's sugar
For the tortillas
2 corn tortillas
1 tablespoon of melted butter
Cinnamon to taste
Confectioner's sugar to taste
Pecans in thin slices to taste
Chocolate shavings to taste

Step 1
Slice the strawberries into fine strips
Place them in a bowl and add the granulated sugar and liqueur
Mix gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes
In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon, milk, heavy cream, and confectioner's sugar
Mix well with an electric mixer (fouet), until it reaches a smooth consistency
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
Step 2
Place the tortillas in a baking dish, lined with parchment paper, and brush them with melted butter
Dust the top with confectioner's sugar and cinnamon
Bake at high heat for 7 minutes - or until golden brown
To serve, place a portion of strawberries on each plate and garnish with the cream cheese and tortillas
Top with pecans and chocolate shavings.
