Prepare the sauce: in a large bowl, combine all the ingredients
Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Set aside
Distribute 1/2 cup of the dough mixture into small portions
Shape each portion into a ball
Distribute the balls over the sauce and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Let it rest for 1 minute
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
