In a blender, beat the rice, egg, butter, milk, parsley, and salt
Transfer the mixture to a pan, add the flour and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture forms a ball at the bottom of the pan
Let it cool, shape into rolls, and cut the cakes
Cook in boiling water with salt and a thread of oil, until the cakes float to the surface
Serve with your favorite sauce.
