Boil the sweet potatoes in a lot of water
Peel, mash and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight
Add the eggs and salt and mix well
Bring 4 liters of water to a boil with salt
Place the sweet potato on a floured surface
Slowly add the flour and knead well (add more flour if needed)
Make rolls with the dough and cut into pieces 2 centimeters long
Use your finger to press down the middle of each one
Cook the cakes in boiling water until they rise to the surface
Remove with a skimmer and place on a platter
