In a large bowl, season the beef with salt
Set aside
In a large skillet, combine the butter and olive oil and heat over medium heat until the butter melts
Add the reserved beef, onion, and bell pepper, cooking until the bell pepper is tender (about 5 minutes)
Transfer the onion and bell pepper to a separate bowl
Set aside
Fry the beef in the skillet until browned on all sides (about 20 minutes)
Add the green corn, parsley, reserved onion and bell pepper, and cook for about 1 minute
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately
