Spread the butter over the pecans
Mix until they're well coated
Arrange on a baking sheet (38 x 26 cm)
Bake in a low oven (120°C) for about 30 minutes
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Let cool completely on the baking sheet
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
