3 tablespoons of wheat flour

7 veal shank pieces (1.2 kg)
4 large carrots cut into cubes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of beer
1/2 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of tomato puree
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Mix the wheat flour with salt and black pepper
Coat the veal shank pieces in this mixture
In a pressure cooker, brown the veal shanks and carrots in hot olive oil until they're tender
Add the beer, beef broth, tomato puree, and bay leaves
Close and cook for 30 minutes after it starts to simmer
Open the pressure cooker without letting any steam out and add the lemon juice and parsley
Simmer for a few more minutes
Serve 4 people.
