Directions

Place the oil in the frying pan and heat it over high heat

When it's hot, sprinkle a little wheat flour

Carefully pour the egg into the hot oil

Scoop up some of the hot oil with a spatula and pour it over the yolk

Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and serve.
