Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise or heavy cream and mustard
Fill the egg halves
With pickles: Add 2 tablespoons of pickle relish, 1/2 cup of cooked ham or bacon, crumbled
With peas: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of frozen peas, salt and pepper to taste
With olives: Add 2 tablespoons of pitted green or black olives, sliced
With mushrooms: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of canned mushrooms, chopped
Garnish with red pepper flakes
With tuna: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of canned tuna, drained and flaked
With cheese: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of crumbled cheddar cheese
With shrimp: Add 100 grams of cooked shrimp, some for garnishing
