Cut the chicken into pieces and cook them in a pan with 100g butter, pork meat, and vegetables
Cook covered and at low heat
Next, remove the bones and skin from the chicken and grind it twice in a food processor
Mix all ingredients together, taste the seasoning, and shape into salami form
Place on prosciutto slices spread on parchment paper, roll up, and seal both sides
Refrigerate for 1-2 days
When serving, slice into 2cm thick pieces and garnish with chopped lettuce.
