Boil the eggs for 10 minutes
Run them under cold water and peel
In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, garlic with skin, pepper, thyme, bay leaves, and ginger
Bring to a boil
Turn off the heat, let it cool, and transfer to a glass jar
Add the eggs and olive oil
Let it marinate for 24 hours in a cool place, stirring every two to three hours without opening the jar.
