Remove the pin bones from the smoked salmon and finely chop
Place it on a plate
Season the mayonnaise to taste with ketchup and Port wine
Add this sauce to the smoked salmon
Garnish with a slice of lime, sliced hard-boiled egg, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley
